For any orders lost or stolen in the mail please contact USPS. Speak to your local USPS office and/or file a complaint online.
Please verify your shipping address prior to completion to avoid any delays or errors with your order.
Please notify our team as soon as possible regarding any errors with your shipping information. You can reach us with the CONTACT FORM located on our page or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org If your order has already been shipped we will no longer be able to update your shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us as soon as possible if the address provided was incorrect. Once your package has shipped unfortunately it is out of our hands and USPS is liable for your package.
If your package has been shipped and the address was incorrect we suggest you speak to your local USPS office with the tracking information provided. Unfortunately we have no control of what happens to your package once it has been shipped. If your package has been sent back we will notify you via email regarding the situation. As a courtesy we will ship it out ONCE more. If for any reason the item is shipped back to us a second time we would have to charge for re-shipping the item once again.
We also suggest to please keep your PayPal information updated as we use your PayPal shipping information for your packages as they are generated automatically.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. We try to reply to all inquires as soon as we can. We operate Monday-Friday and are closed on weekends and national holidays.
